Thanks Robin and Captain Apollo for the inputs. Yes I eat at least two servings of fruits daily and that is the reason for sugar excess. Generally my fibers quota also tends to exceed; however going by your email it appears that there is no problem with it? Sodium I will definitely watch and won't allow it to exceed.

Thanks zachatta for that quick and useful response. Yes I agree that sweets have to be eaten in moderation for calary quota to be maintained and I definitely do that. However the website shows sugar quota exceeding every day and hence was getting worried. I do exercise 4-5 days a week, whcih allows me to eat a few more…
