This is my 7 week progress. I'm still about 23 pounds from my goal, but this is a 6 pound difference. I've added a lot of muscle. Before I was a body of jello.

Thank yall so much! I think I was tying them too tight. So stupid of me to have to ask about such a easily solved problem. I loosened them and increased my incline (normally do it at 2.5 or 3 but today was at 4) my toes were fine until 25 minutes in then hurt for just a few minutes then were back to normal.

My daughter and I always wash our hands after we touch restaurant menus. I was reading somewhere the menus are some of the nastiest and dirtiest things around including salmonella. Ew!!! Wash that poop off your hands fool!

You should know the reasonable amount of food she should eat. I say play it by ear. If she only eats 2 bites of chicken and 2 bites of broccoli. You know that's not enough. Ask her to eat a little more, then go from there.

My trainer has me at 1350 base and I'm eating my exercise calories. I burn 200-500 each day except Sundays. He also told me to stop taking all my supplements except my amino acids and my protein shakes. (I'm vegetarian) I would say find a trainer that you can agree with.

How soon did you eat before you worked out & how much? I only get nauseated if I eat right before working out. I try to eat a snack 2 hours before working out.

Bananas are high in sugar. I would either not put any of it in or just 1/2. Instead of spinach, try Kale. It's a little more nutritious. I agree put some protein in there! :)
