My mini goals for this week are to: 1. Stick with my lifestyle change 2. Weight train 2 days 3. Shaun T's hip hop abs all week. This might be the toughest. Although, I can only improve. Today was rather discouraging.

1. Stationary bike 30min, 5-6 days a week 2. Have a wellrounded exercise routine well established by end of month 3. Make healthy food choices and drink more water 4. Stick with it :)
