I would like to loose 16 pounds
Definitely exercise more (ok, just exercise period, something I truly struggle with)
Drink more water
Learn to eat more healthier, away from bad sugars, carbs and sodium
To be an example for my boys!

Complete the 21 day no junk food challenge
Stay on top of my school work AND eat well at the same time...0 -
1) lose 4 pounds
2) complete the 30DS
3) log ALL my food EVERY day!0 -

I'm going to challenge myslef to lose 10-12lbs in 30 days by completing the C25K< strength training, and starting P90X.0

Goal: no sugar
run 2 miles everyday
eat clean
lose 15-20lbs!!!

Started MFP 5 weeks ago & have stuck with the daily logging in for food. Now I'd like to do 20 minutes of exercise per day. May not seem like much but I've never been a very active person so I need to start somewhere!0
