^^^^ THIS examples...put almonds and/or avacado on your salad....hummus...use olive oil when cooking(yes you count this in your calories) pesto is good.. there are lots of calorie dense foods out there :) google is your friend .. calorie dense= small amount of food with a high amount of calories

eat back your exercise calories today :) lots and lots of veggies and protein (make a grilled/baked chicken salad and eat a bit of it throughout the day......drink water to stay full...keep your mind busy with activity etc. and dont beat yourself up ..one day i ate McDonalds for bfast and did the same as you did.. I know TDEE isnt a "type" of diet. I wasnt quite sure how to *label* it based on my question. I think everyone got the idea tho.

1200 is not the magic # just because MFP sets it up for you...you will not turn into a pumpkin if you go over..I promise. However, I stick to around 1200..I feel satisfied throughout the day.
