you can eat KFC every week... just choose grilled chicken(leg and thing)...minus the biscuit..and have 2 green beans as your sides. I have this once every other week usually.

thanks and yes...i agree. .my BP has always been great.. so as long as im not feeling any negative effects atm..i should be fine.. and seeing so many others drinking a good bit more than I do, makes me feel better.lol

do you have a WII? I know there are a couple of exercise things on that. I have actually thought it about myself... what about pilates or yoga...?

ty all for the input...much appreciated... I dont know actually how many oz are in my mug..I will measure it and stick with that in the morning...a friend suggested switching to tea if i need something in the afternoon.. I dont drink coffee at home, my hubby doesnt drink it..so its just while i am at work and i maaaayyy…

so just because a woman eats around 1200 calories and doesnt fit YOUR *ideal* physique they should eat more? How do you really know how much they are really eating? They may be perfectly healthy too(BP,cholesterol, etc).

review the suggestions above...and dont be afraid to start a little light...get the form down...bad form can lead to injury...once you feel comfortable that you are doing the exercise correctly, add more weight... dont be afraid to ask others in the gym.. most will be helpful...they were probably in your shoes at some…
