dont eat everything at each course. eat half or less. moderation is key. limit yourself to one beer, wine or mixed beverage..sip on it. have a bite or two of the wedding cake...enjoy and have fun!!

I tried this for about 2 months.....food tastes horrible and basically you are paying for someone to portion your foods and count your calories for you. buy a kitchen scale to weight your foods. pre portion out your lunches for the week. . use MPF to count your calories. and enjoy better tasting food that you have control…

i have a sweet everyday and just stay within my allowed calories. For example, have a small bit of chocolate mid day or a sugar free ice cream after dinner. I have lost weight consistantly too. I actually just started drinking coffee over the past year and love it. Ive steadily lost weight since I joined MFP and dont have any plans on quitting coffee. why would i want to give them up? I may have a few hersheys kisses or a mini chocolate bar....i also have a bowl of cereal for my after dinner snack. I stay within my calories..my macro fat range etc. Discipline is a key ingredient in the weight loss recipe :)
