Welcome!! The most important thing to do, I find, is to track your food completely. Every single thing you eat. Its amazing how much the "little" snacks add up! I also think exercise plays a role in seeing results.. even if it is just a half hour walk each day. Good luck on your journey! I think you will find this website…

I do my goals manually, because I like to be in charge of it. But my guess is similar to the one above... they probably did it for muscle mass. You could try it their way for a little and see if you continue losing.. but if you start gaining I would switch back to your original plan.

hey guys! thank you so much for your feedback I have not been taking any days off (or very rarely) so I definitely will try to start doing that... I just feel really guilty when I don't run on a day and I think I a going to start trying to break up my workouts so I do not tire out... I need to start waking up earlier…

hey girl! ok I totally know where you are coming from I always do great up until like 7 or 8 then blow away the whole day lately I have been saving 100 calories every day so that if I do get hungry I can just pop a bag of 100 cal popcorn, or have an apple or something this is also something you could do just so you can eat…

I'd like to join too! I'm 228 as of this morning ... not sure if we're supposed to put our workout regime but.... I usually do 50 minutes on the elliptical at a 7 and 9 alternating and then weights
