how many times a day do ya'll work out?
Lately I have been working out once a day for a good 2 hours, rotating between cardio and weights/strength. but i have noticed that I start to get tired at the end of my workout, would I get the same benefits (or maybe even do better) if I worked out twice a day for a shorter amount of time? thanks!

lately at the gym I notice about 5 minutes into my run that my stomach feels weird like acid-y and I don't know why I am not eating any super acidic foods and I wait 2 hours after lunch before I work out Does this happen to anyone else? If you have had a bad day do you consume way less calories the next day kick up your exercising or just start over as usual??
