If you have had a bad day
do you consume way less calories the next day
kick up your exercising
or just start over as usual??

If you're going to the gym, definitely kick it up a notch, you'll feel better after.

If not, just give yourself a fresh start tomorrow. You don't want to restrict too much, it makes you more likely to binge

I agree. Kick it up & learn from a mistake.
    Tomorrow is another day!

I just get back to business as usual and put that bad day behind me. I definitely don't try to make up for excess calories by undereating. If you had stomach flu for a day (or more), when you got better, would you overeat to make up?
  • thats so true PJilly

thanks so much! I will definitely step it up at the gym and not restrict too much
