Hey Team, I'm waaay up this week! I know it's some water weight and I was on vacation all last week and it definitely played a role. Sorry team! I'm getting my head back in the game. I got engaged last week while at the beach so I have even more motivation now! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Steph

Good job! Mondays are my normal weigh-in and I was actually down too. Hopefully I can maintain it/lose more by this Friday for the group weigh-in :) Hope everyone is doing well! Steph

I didn't do it this morning either...now I'm kicking myself! I'm jealous you have a treadmill. I have to do a workout video (that's not too loud for my neighbors) or walk outside. My Jazzercise location doesn't have a class until 8am and then getting ready and commuting wouldn't get me to work until 11am-ish...that's a bit…

WordWhimsy- I like this idea! I will try for 2 mornings a week (1 this week.) I'm going to be out of town to the beach Fri afternoon through next Tues evening so I really want to get a workout in tomorrow morning!

Hey Ladies, Great to meet all of you! More info on me. I'm 37... in a relationship (for a little over 2 years), no kids, and also (unfortunately) work a sedentary desk job! I'm in the Washington DC area so I also sit in a ton of traffic....ugh...more sitting :) But those are excuses and I have been trying to up my activity…

Hi Amber and Liz. I'm Stephanie. I've also tried to lose weight before and was actually successful (for awhile.) I'm back on the journey using MFP instead of WW and I've lost a little over 30 lbs in the last 5 months. I wish everyone luck in the challenge and hope we can motivate each other! It's funny, the last Biggest…

I have ~90lbs to lose...down almost 30 so far (a little slow going...has taken about 5 months.) But I'm a firm believer in slow and steady wins the race. I lost 101 lbs about 6 years ago fast paced and I regained 80 of it because I was burned out. Trying a better approach this time with MFP! Anyone can feel free to add me!…

Thanks for all the recipes! Just a suggestion for anyone that has a slow cooker that runs hot (like mine, even though it's brand new!) I find that if I cook on the "warm" setting (the one it defaults to after your timer runs out-lower than "low")...it helps to not dry out/overcook the meat. Especially since I have to leave…

Awesome first week! Feel free to add me...I have about 70 to lose. Good Luck!

I can totally relate to your WW experience. I lost 101lbs with WW about 4 years ago but unfortunately I beat your 50 by another 30! (total of 80 back on) :( It's hard not to kick myself for the backslide, but I have to pick myself up and move on! There were definitely lessons learned that will help me with my current…
