  • HEY Yellow Friends! Hope you all sent in your initial weights! I'm so pleased that this week I'm down 3.6lbs. It's the first time in a long time that I can say I've lost. Usually it moves in the other direction! Yay!

I thought it would be good to think about my modified goal: 4 - 30 min (minimum) dog walks (same as previous goals) 2 - 40+ min walk 1 - 5 km walk I may change up 1 or 2 of the dog…

  • Week 5 is awesome! And it only gets better (from someone who only started week 7 today)
  • A few days late but I started W7 today. I was worried but it ended up being a relatively easy run. I'm discouraged on my nutrition though. I can't seem to stay on track. No matter how much I work, I won't be outrunning my fork.
  • Week 6 is complete! I had a slow pace but strong run this morning. It's only 2.7km but I'm proud of each one. This is all on the treadmill, which I think helps a lot with keeping a solid pace. I'm nervous about getting outside and moving. But we will have to come out of this deep freeze before that happens. On to Week 7!
  • Week 6 Day 2 complete. It's weird to think that from now on, there are no walking breaks. It's a little milestone. By the end of March I'll be running the 30 mins! Hard to believe.
