Running and ab exercises will help with belly fat and will help you to get toned. :)

You can try the workout program called Insanity or you can just use weight and do a search into google tricep exercises and that should help :)

My advice is quite a bit of strength, weight, and cardio training on your journey and that should help tone you up. :)

There is videos on netflix and also you can find videos on youtube as well for free. I've found Jillian Michaels workouts on there and the biggest loser as well as some others. You can also find workouts on Itunes as well. :) I actually go to walmart and or purchase my workout dvds on amazon. :)
