This was during the cool down. She was a sweaty mess. If she was a sweaty mess, you can imagine what I was!

Hmm..OK gotta play with this. That's her foot, though! LOL

Posting from my iPad at jury duty so will post more later. It was unfreaking believable. I was front row center. And got yelled at  for not squatting low enough. When we came into the room she was all smiles and laughing at us. Once we started she switched to *itch mode and was yelling her head off. Some new…

I'm not doing any additional workouts because life has been hectic for me. However I have read people doing so. I would suggest listening to your body. If you feel tired a run down then perhaps you are working out to hard/long. If your body is sore and hurts, then give it an extra day to recover. Pushing yourself too much…

I say pick a meal plan that you can stick to without feel deprived, unhappy with, or will stress over. I am a picky eater so meal plans don't work well for me. If you are unhappy with a meal plan and don't stick with it, your feel discouraged and will quit. Welcome to Body Revolution! I am on Week 7 and love it,

Just posted this to another thread so excuse the cut and paste. I lost 130 pounds on WW> I learned many things on WW. What made it so successful for me is learning that losing weight is more then "eat this, not that". The meetings helped me learn control. I eat for so many reasons. Hunger was usually not my issue. I ate…

Would love some M&M's right now.

Twilight 's Breaking Dawn, Part 2. (Please don't judge me! )

I lost 124 pounds on WW. Big fan of theirs, sorry! I learned many things on WW. What made it so successful for me is learning that losing weight is more then "eat this, not that". The meetings helped me learn control. I eat for so many reasons. Hunger was usually not my issue. I ate for enjoyment. For…

I would do a standing dumbbell rear fly. Or if you have an exercise ball, you can lay your stomach on the bal and do the rear flies that way as well.
-
It's both chest and back. So maybe round 1 do chest flies on the floor, and then round two something for your back?

I appreciate it! I don't know why I am such a dope with this!!! Two resistance bands...a 4 foot and a 7 foot, and I am a spaz with both of them! I bought the level 1 and level 2 Jillian bands and put them on my credit card... I'll see if I can return the long one I just bought.
-
Hmm...now you tempt me to buy them, although DH will kill me. What makes them so special, though?
-
I love her too! I have every single one of her DVDs, except for the newer abs. The 30 Day Shred was the first one I bought but at 265 pounds it was too hard for me, so I started doing the Biggest Loser collection. I'm on Week 7 of BR. And man, do I curse her out!!!!
-
Hey, life happens, you know? Don't beat yourself up about it. Your conscience of it and that is what matters. Your not ignoring the program.
-
I bought it off EBay and it did not come with the bands.

Did you master the downward dog shoulder presses? Any tips/advice on getting just one in? Did you have as much trouble as I did with all the moves?

Congrats on your success with sobriety so far! You are accomplishing an extremely difficult thing to do. And kudos to you for turning to exercise and healthy eating to see you through this difficult phase in your life. I 100% agree with you that you should not attempt to quit smoking until you are on more stable ground…

Thanks everyone for the welcome! Nope, I was never hungry on Weight Watchers. I may have had a few moments along my journey, but usally I could pinpoint the reason (skipped a snack, TOM, etc). So for example, this weekend I have two dinners to go to. I am pretracking my food out and find that on both days I am going to go…
