Eating before lifting
I am starting New Rules of Lifting for Woman tomorrow. I know it's important to get protein in within 30 minutes of finishing. But what should I eat before hand? I plan on getting up at 7:30am, and leave between 8am and 8:30 and walking to the gym (it's about 3/4 of a mile away). Thanks
