It depends on your diet. Most multi's aren't created equally. If you'd like, you can have a panel done to see if you are deficient in any nutrient, but if you have colorful foods, and are eating well, chances are, you won't be helped much by multi's. Personally, I do take B complex and D during the winter. I'm in Eastern…

We went on a 5 night Disney cruise in March. I gained 8lbs. The whole idea of savoring each meal, enjoying things I don't usually, just flat out enjoying myself made the vacation so much better. Within a week, I had the 8lbs gone. No problem!

I didn't answer because I didn't say that packaged food was the devil/wrong/whatever is assumed I was thinking. I eat some packaged foods, obviously. I have to. I do, however, try to stay away from things with a grocery list of items that I cannot pronounce as ingredients. It's a personal decision, I've lost every pound…

What if I do have short arms? lol jeez peeps, she found out the calories per serving, she's happy with the responses (aside from the snide remarks telling her to google it)... She wasn't offended by my comment... Sing like all of the preschool kids... let it go, let it gooooo!

No problem! I agree, I have the odd not-so-good food, and yes, a lot of home made items will not taste as good as boxed stuff because they add so much to them. You'll live if you have some! haha (and not once did I say anything was wrong with eating.. well anything! - to those who feel I'm judging/abusive) (*) (I miss the…

It's open to my friends, dear :)

LOL apparently I ruffled some feathers enough to be flagged as abuse. I gave a crap-load of information, answered the OP's questions, and suggested she make her own. I didn't judge (as implied), wasn't rude.. but can't please them all I guess! To the one asking, I consider things created in a factory with an ingredient…

Serving Size 1/2 cup as pkgd (36g) Amount Per Serving As Packaged Calories 130 There's 212g in a box (from the website). Essentially there should be, by serving size, 5.5 servings per box. Roughly 715 calories for the box. I am not sure if it means prepared or not, and that doesn't include meat. It's synthetic food. It's…

But.. sugar is found in fruit, veggies.. lots of items. How does one give it up?

I take a womens fitness/taekwondo class. It took me almost a year to be able to complete an entire class. It was brutal. I can keep up now and I don't have to take breaks. You will get stronger, your breathing will get better. Your brain just needs to catch up! And I know some say 'keep going, it will get easier'.. I don't…

He has beautiful eyes (I'm a sucker for blue, but any color so long as they look nice.. now that I'm thinking about it, I don't even know what qualifies as 'not nice' lol) He has nice hands. Taken care of, clean nails... I'm a hands person, I notice those right after the eyes. sighhhhh

Are you sore? Did you poop lately? I agree with the reality of the chart above. Mine looks very very similar!

God I hope this was a sarcastic thread.. even back in 2007.. It's almost 100% full of cr@p!!

1 cup = 250 ml of milk.

Make sure you have a great hair stylist! Update your color (if you feel like it), deep condition.. Drink lots of water, moisturise your skin, stand up straight, smile, and be ready to have a great time with your friends! I like taking some time in a sauna every once and a while to .. ahem.. sweat out the crap on my face..…

Alrighty.. welcome! Breathe, it isn't as scary as it looks! You would be listed as sedentary if you have a desk job and don't move a whole bunch throughout the day. 1.5lbs per week is a perfect goal right now. 1820 may feel like a lot, but if you preplan and eat calorie dense foods (hello peanut butter! hehe), you will be…

I had the Mirena placed roughly at the same time as I started here. I had no problems what so ever losing weight. I had it removed and had another procedure in January of this year... I can't lose weight now .. lol go figure. Although my stall is almost 100% on me. Not logging properly, not eating right, not exercising as…

Take an hour one day and whip up your own waffle batter, cook them and freeze them. Yay for toaster waffles!

I've weighed the same (plus or minus a few pounds) for a year now. I still don't think it's a plateau. It's caused by me not being as motivated as I was in the beginning. BUT I maintained and that's huge to me. I'm back on track with weighing and measuring everything, and getting my workouts back in check. My advice is to…

The thing is.. this here right now.. this is life. Live it. Yes, you will go over your calories for one day. But at 1200 calories I'm assuming you've got a large cut from TDEE that you won't overeat by THAT much. Go out, eat, enjoy yourself. Have fun. Skip the salad. Get the beer. If it helps your head, do a good workout…

Apple and PB (microwave the apple - mixed with cinnamon- before topping with PB in the winter for a pie-type of snack) .. granola bar, coffee.. those are my go-to.. but you can do anything really. What are you craving? Go from there. There are some great recipes for mug-cakes/brownie/cookie looking things.. I love having…

Looks good! FTR I looked at the title closely and saw "Crack Pot Smoked Sausage" mmm hmm... lol

No time better than today! Seriously, you're only 7lbs away from goal. You will still lose if you slowly up your calories. You don't want to get to maintenance and then jump from 1200 to maintenance. (or maybe you do!) Personally, I'd set myself as 1.5 ppw for a few weeks, then change it to 1 ppw.. then .5....

Way to go!! Good luck!!! :drinker:

I need my morning coffee, for my sanity and the safety of others around me. I use the flavored creamer (I.D Fat Free French Vanilla), 2 tablespoons - yes I measure - and no sugar anymore, the creamer is sweet enough. I've been drinking coffee the entire 2 years I've been here!
