Mr. Noodles (aka ramen noodles) with the beef seasoning. I used to eat the full package (apparently the serving is half. who knew?) = 380 calories and 1140 mg of sodium. Still scares me haha but I crave them every once and a while .. so I make rice noodles with my own sauce to kill it

I lost nearly 80lbs over a year and a half. Felt like I knew what I was doing, stopped logging. Gained 50lbs over the course of a year. Now I'm busting my *kitten* to get back to where I was. For me, logging is necessary.

Mine was as well, but I removed the authority to "talk" to each other, restarted my phone, and then linked accounts again. Works fine now. Seems to be a bit of a glitch in the system...

Those days are gone. Worry about today.

Generally, I plan a snack/coffee roughly 2 hours after I have a meal. If I'm hungry, I make it fit. No need to feel like you're starving, you'll only binge later.
-
I've always heard that it's ~100 calories per chicken wing. I'd go with 1000 calories for a pound... to be safe. They aren't too nice to calorie counting, but they're sooo good haha

I lost just about 70 pounds. I then read too much into 'eat more to weigh less' .. I was eating more but not moving more. Then I gave up - stress, injury, who-gives-a-f*** attitude... Gained 40lbs back I know how to lose it. Just needed my head back into the game. I'm recommitted, MFP makes it easier.

I had initially lost 70 pounds (up 40, chipping my way back down)... and I had some loose skin on my belly. Not a whole lot, but I noticed. After a year of being at the lower weight, I noticed the skin wasn't as bad as it initially had been. If I kept it off for another year, I'm sure it would have been reduced even more.…

Fat Free/Light/Reduced Sugar reads to me = Chemical Shitstorm

Your profile says you lost 7 pounds. If that was within this month, that's a great amount. If you're looking to lose 29 pounds and you lost 7 in a month, don't be too worried, that rate is pretty good! If you're going to look for perfection though, make sure you're weighing and measuring everything, check each food item…

I ordered some Mixt samples, and a little tub of For Her preworkout came with it. I tried it before a fitness class. I am a regular coffee drinker. The only thing I notice was my face was tingling?? hahah I don't know what that was all about.. it was interesting to say the least!

Maybe "things" haven't moved much lately because you aren't eating much.
-
Garlic Black pepper Thai sauce I don't like ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo... and 99% of other condiments. hahah I'm REAL fun at a BBQ... **edited because I can't spell before coffee hits

Spaghetti squash for sure!! I cut mine into rings to roast... like so http://eatwithinyourmeans.com/how-to-cook-spaghetti-squash/

Yes, resting calories. So, what your body needs to burn to function while at rest http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the amount of energy expended while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment, in the post-absorptive state (meaning that the digestive system is inactive,…
-
If you're using MFP correctly, your BMR is your "bare-minimum requirements" -- what your body needs for daily functions. When you're setting up, you tell MFP what you want to lose and what your activity level is. That will give you a deficit. If you're going with the Garmin tracker, use that.

What does it say for grams? I go with that over each individual cracker/slice/chip/tablespoon (like peanut butter)

I feel like the poop after-effect would be lethal.

When I have eggs, I usually have to pair it with a carb to fill me. Might be just in my head, but eggs alone = hangry an hour later. Eggs and a slice of toast, or a sauteed potato = i'm happy until 30 minutes before lunch haha
-
I know what you mean (about the harder part, not the old part. hahah I'm turning 31 tomorrow, and I'm enjoying my 30's!) I lost just about 70lbs. Then gained 30 over the course of a year. Now I'm struggling to get back into the grind. It's tough!!

Period, poop, time of day, foods high in sodium, sore muscles, whether you have long nails... (not really, but seriously, a gain of 7 pounds in one week most likely is not fat. It's scary, but temporary.)

"eat less, move more"

Some days, 50% of my calories are made up of carbs. It's all good.

It's been said a lot here, but no removing, unless they are cut out (like a tummy tuck). But I bet people were not looking at your stretch marks while in a bathing suit. You may have felt they were looking, but they weren't. Usually if I'm looking at a girl in a bathing suit, I am looking at the style, the cut, her hair -…

So, in the beginning, I had this issue. I didn't know what was "right" and what was "wrong" to eat. So I went with low calorie foods and small portions. I just logged what I ate and then started adjusting to what I should be eating. This process isn't one where you just jump up and nail it perfectly. This is a learning…

Now I want to go home and throw some steak on the BBQ. But it's 10:30am. I'm at work. I have no steak at home. My husband doesn't know how to BBQ steak. Sad day

Yep.
