    bagels! you can do hummus on a onion bagel, or peanutbutter on a cinnamon raisin bagel... cream cheese and jelly on a plain white one.

    Toast and peanut butter
    cereal with almonds
    protein shake made with almond milk
    bagel with cream cheese (rare but yum!!)
    waffle with peanut butter

    And a coffee

    I like some curried red lentils for breakfast on occasion...mind you I also usually poach an egg to throw on top

    Cottage cheese with a goof sprinkle of cinnamon, chopped pecans and a touch of stevia or honey.

    You can buy high protein breads. I usually get Dempsters Boost My Protein. It has 7g in one slice. I'll have two pieces with a tbsp of peanut butter, greek yogurt with fruit for a high protein breakfast.
