I hear ya. Everyone should be allowed to eat however they want and not feel guilty about it. Everyone's needs are different.

I eat all sorts of carbs, from the ridiculously healthy (think brown rice) to the ridiculously unhealthy (think Little Debbies) and I find that the old adage of "everything in moderation" works well with all food groups.

It is what I am aiming to do! I still fall into old habits now and then, and end up tracking my food on here. But I am mostly an intuitive eater right now.
