  • I don't cheat anymore because i know I can't handle it. Best to log your food for the day the night before and stick to it. Takes commitment and really wanting to change. I lost 60 lbs in less than 6 months, so you are within reach! How bad do you really want it?!
  • Maintain at 110-115 lbs Log everyday food and exercise on MFP Book another vacation to Caribbean Repair some relationships Not mess up any more relationships Do another official 5K Sell my house and move out of hicks-ville Join a gym Finish another business plan
  • I will log forever now because in the past whenever I got to my goal weight, I ate too much and gained it all back. I have trouble with portion control and never feel full, so I would just keep going if I didn't have myfitnesspal to keep me in check!
  • I'm in the same situation! I just try to remember how I felt when I was fat vs how I feel now being able to wear whatever I want. I have a vacation planned soon, so I have that to look forward to. I need to keep it up to wear a bathing suit :) Maybe book a vacation to keep you motivated?
  • Sorry no one answered you. By now, you probably know the area better! The Y is probably your best bet since weather sucks in winter! In summer, I like to go to Mendon ponds or Ellison park or canal trail.
  • Thx for starting this group! I'm half way there to getting back where I was a few years ago! I figure I'll reach my goal weight again in 4 more months. Yep, I gained a lot, but working hard to get it back off! How are you doing with your goals?
  • Yeah, agree...not a very active group now, but we can change that. I'm looking for all the support I can get...even better to make friends with people close to home!
