After being on program 100% this week, I'm down 3 pounds from my last month's weigh in, I love the old Momentum Program.

I gained on the points plus program also, I went back to the old Momentum Program which worked for me and got me to my goal weight and lifetime membership status. I chart my food choices here and then convert them to the points.

I actually love this one, it makes me laugh, my 16 year old daughter says this all the time....and I love throwing it back at her
