Weight Watchers works for me. Eat whatever you like but stay within your point range. Once you reach your goal weight it's free. It still takes willpower no matter what plan you follow. Good luck.

I use the "Today's Food Notes" at the bottom of the food page to record my points and I use this online calculator http://www.meganandjack.com/points_calculator.htm to figure out my points for each meal or snack. bkft. 5.0 snack 3.0 lunch 4.0 snack 2.0 dinner 5.5 = 19.5 total for the day.
