All of your hard work shows. The working & baby thing is hard. But you can do this. The healthier you are the easier it is to keep up with it all. You've def got this!

I sooo agree - with age and weight loss mine have also become deflated balloons. Oh how I'd like them to be perky, pretty water balloons again!

I must have fatty tata's because I have went from a D to a C (close to a B) and lost 6 inches in my chest. I'm sure some of that was back fat. Hubby actually said last night that the overall weight loss is awesome but wish my boobs hadn't gone. I agree, everyone is different... You'll have to weight (pun) and see.

Donuts are the enemy! I had to change the place where I get coffee occasionally because they were taking over the place. Sometimes I buy one and think .. I'll only eat 1/2 - ONE time I did that - the odds are not good. Better to stay away or think about them? It's def a dilemna.

Lead by example - It takes just the right trigger or ah ha moment for someone to change. Nothing we can say or do will make that happen. Take care of yourself first - Keep exercising - My DH (lol) thought I wouldn't stick with it. A year later he brags on my stay-to-it-ness and gives me compliments all of the time.
