Some people say bread is the staff of life.I believe water is,the benefits are vast.AS many have already mentioned,can flush out toxins,excess water wt,improve overall bodily functions and help you feel full,eat less. I notice the more I drink,the better I feel and the wt.seems to change for the better.

I found by eating more protein and less carbs,I did not have the highs and lows of blood sugar and feeling hungry.Tell yourself you can do this,you got this far,don"t stop now. I was told by my doctor to watch those mixers because of the additives,sodium and amt.of aspartame. I like to drink both cold and hot lemon water.sometimes I make lemon,lime,or orange.BEst of luck to you.

I have found by drinking green tea late in the day,I seem to get up alot more at night to go to the restroom. I try drinking my green tea,in themorning and no later than noon.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins,

I seem to be having the same problem. I get real close,or slightly over my calories on days I don't exercise,but on days I exercise they give me too many calories.I can"t seem to eat all that,like today I had 600 or so calories left.Also,I always go over on my protein.
