Ok the scale is BROKE.You can gain some water/sodium intake weight,but no way that much over night. My advice,check the batteries,or get a new scale.Make sure you weigh yourself the same time and way every time you weigh to not get any unecessary variations.Best of luck,don't fret abt.the number,IT IS WRONG!

Ok I did this,I hope I did it right.Looked like I was not eating enough for the amount I was exercising.So my TDEE is 1900,do I need to eat at 20% below this number to lose?Which would be 1520,and this includes exercise right,so I don"t eat back any calories earned by exercise.???????Thanks for any feedback.

I go by the palm of my hand,about 4 0z. for meat.1/2 cup for vegetables,pasta,or rice.I fI snack,I go by counting out 1 suggested serving on package.Good luck!:)

My waist and butt,even when the scale stayed the same for a while,my pants were falling down.Should have logged the extra effort it took to get my pants up while exercising,lol....Unfortunately,I have not lost any in the chest,my boobs are still as annoying as ever.

Crystal, I talked to my doctor abt.this,she told me to avoid this due to insulin resistence,the extracts from friut can cause same high spike in insulin.She told me to continue eating healthy,add in some lower sugar content fruits at times and to take a good multi-vitamin.Good luck dear!:)

I started to lose weight,then stopped losing pounds,but was losing inches on lower part of my body/pper part of my body.I decreased my cardio and did more weights ,seem to help. JM 30DS is a good 20 min. circuit training with weights you can do at home.

Marinate in EVOO,lemon juice,garlic and fresh basil,sea salt and pepper.Grill,bake,or fry.Another idea,is baste with honey teriyaki,low sodium sauce,grill and top with fresh pineapple.

This is a fast paced walk for me.I fluctuate from 4.0 to 3.5,changing the incline.

I make steel cut oats ahead,add fruit,or yogurt,some flax seed.Omega 3 eggs,or egg whites topped with fresh salsa and avocado slices. Premake hard boiled eggs and cut up an apple w/natural almond,or peanut butter..

Same here, I feel like I have to eat so frequently just to get close to my goal.I have a whey protein shake,especially after workouts,they help satisfy your hunger.I eat fruits,veggies with hummus,or a little natural peanut butter for a treat.Also,greek nonfat yogurt,handful of almonds,or a rice cake.
