Why not just have what you want...if it's once in a while, it's good to have a blow out and psych the body into not thinking of going into starvation mode. Then next day, get back onto MFP... x

Thanks everyone. I now understand it all a little better and have just readjusted my weight loss to half a pound a week and my calorie intake has gone up to 1500 cals! lol

After 6 - 8 hours on a low heat, ofcourse the chicken will be cooked.

Cut out or cut back on the dairy....that sorted it for me.

I normally baked them in the oven on a low heat for a an hour or so with some nice reggae marinade.

Personally, I think you are not eating enough....on most days you are significantly under your calorie goals...eat more to lose weight!

Microwaves destroy the goodness and the nutrition in any food. I hate them and never use them.

Likewise, I'm not willing to forego my only vice. I fit it into my calories if I have a drink or swim more if I want more to drink! lol

Losing 8lbs in a week sounds a little extreme. Whatever the methods are to lose that much in that space of time cannot be good. Also, to lose that much that quick means it's easier to gain it back just as quick.
