I haven't been able to lose any weight and yet I log everything I eat every day. I do about 30 mins or exercise on most days too. Can someone please help me and offer some advice on what I can improve?
It's so frustrating because I never eat take-out, maybe once a month if that.

Hi!
Your food diary is private. You're more than welcome to friend request me and look at my diary. The way I eat works very well. I lose about 2 lbs a week and haven't really done much exercise (I know that's bad. I'm working on it. ha ha). I would love to help0 -
oh! thanks for telling me and i'm sending a friend request now0

Your diary isn't open for viewing.
Are you measuring and weighing all the foods you eat and the drinks you drink? Serving sizes are a lot smaller than people think. Are you paying attention to the packages for proper serving sizes? One of those small chocolate milks (500mL) for example is TWO servings.... no one puts half back for another day. Are you eating too much sodium? Too many processed foods? Are you drinking enough water?0 -
My 2 cents is your not eating enough, as is always debatable on this site. I would eat more protein. I currently aim for 1200 but sometimes eat less or more depending on my day. I'm not much for exercising, try for 3 days a week.0

I have the most trouble with my portion sizes tbh, i think that is part of the problem. My diary is open now if you can look? im feeling kind of desperate about it0 -
Personally, I think you are not eating enough....on most days you are significantly under your calorie goals...eat more to lose weight!0

What is your weekly weight loss goal set at?
The ticker on your profile says you only want to lose 12lbs which means 1200 calories a day is probably far too low for you.
Set your goal to 0.5lbs per week. THe smaller you are the slower it comes off and the smaller of a deficit you can have. Also, eat your exercise calories back.
Make sure you weight and measure everything you eat and drink ... it's easy to eyeball a portion however we usually think a portion is bigger than it should be.
Drink enough water and stay away from frozen and processed foods. Make things from scratch.0 -

Hi there..
Not sure if every day is the same as the date I just checked, but your sugar level is over the limit, and too much sugar can cause the body to hold on to body fat.
You might want to try less sugary foods (even less fruit) and up your protein a bit.
See if that helps.
Cheers!0 -

Hi there,
You may want to try weight training, strength based training can improve your lean muscle mass
also your calories could be too low, you should find out your BMR, and make sure your not going below that number - this is because your hormone levels get all screwed up and your body starts trying to conserve conserve your fat stores.0 -
I'm not sure what kind of workouts you're doing but it's possible you've put on muscle, so you can't see the difference on the scales?0
-
Do you have a digital food scale?0
-
Yep! Eat more. Follow Dan's advice. Always great to lose weight by eating more!0

You def. look like you are not eating enough. and are you just not logging your water or are you not drinking any? IT is very important to keep hydrated with water. But I think either way your calories are too low.0

You need to eat more servings of vegetables. That's my advice, that and your glasses of water. 5 servings of vegetables is a minimum but you can eat way more....with great results on the scale....

instead of just counting calories pay a bit more attention where they are coming from and set some rules what is not allowed. Cut out sugar!! even if its weight watchers 100cal chocolate cake. in your case it's one cake almost every single day.
cut down on your bread and biscuits and add more protein and vegetables.
if nothing helps, do more exercise0
