I do it first thing Saturday morning before I go to Zumba.

I have lost 21 pounds and 3 dress sizes so far doing zumba. I haven't changed much on my bad eating habits yet.

I drink Silk Pure Almond Dark Chocolate milk if I get a craving in the evening or a half serving of peanut butter. Another trick my friend does is she counts to 30 if the craving is still there she drinks water instead of getting the snack. 30 seconds is enough to give you time to make the better choice. I read some where that you can actually bake eggs in the oven and peeling is simple.

I fill a water bottle (1 liter) and add a crystal light to go flavor and drink that while I am at work - save me from drinking sodas all day. Then when I am working out I drink another liter but just plain water. I try to drink one glass of water before bed too.
