I usually cook thanksgiving and also have been trying to find recipies with a healthier alternative. I came across a cranberry sauce on the trivia website. I've had a problem with whey protein as well. I would even notice my stomach felt bloated after. I've tried soy protei, but currently I am using egg protein powder. It has 24g protein with no fat no sugar ( it's sweetened with stevia).

These sound great!!! I definitely will give them a try. Always looking for alternative recipes for flour substituting. I Did the calorie breakdown and came up with 265 cal each.

Thanks for the link. Very informative. I had been wondering about some supplements in my diet. Based on my nutrition break down with MFP I am low on iron. I'm unsure just how accurate it is but figure it couldn't hurt to get in a little extra iron via supplement.

I like to mix the following a can of drained tuna 1 egg or just the egg white, 1Tbs of dried onion, 1tsp dill then shape into a patty and cook on griddle. It can be eaten in a sandwich or over a bed of lettuce. This has gotten me me thru a few times when in a bind for what to have for lunch.
