Alternative Muffins Recipe

Doesn't require refined sugar or regular flour.

2 cups Almond Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tb Cinnamon
1 Tb Vanilla
1 cup Raisins
3 medium Bananas
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
3/4 cup Walnuts

Directions

Mix together and pour into muffin baking pan. Cook at 325 for 25 minutes. Let stand and serve! Makes 12 muffins.

    Those sound interesting, and also gluten-free! Honestly, though...do they taste good? And do you think I could substitute canola oil for the coconut oil?
