I believe it's incorrect..I've been eating 200 above my BMR and I'm losing weight..I've been eating in between my BMR and my TDEE and it's working out so far.

Thank you. I am at a caloric deficit every day. Still learning how to be at all my macros instead of going over some (I do allow myself to be human though). This sounds like an exercise I can do. I gained the legs I have now from walking on that damn treadmill huffing and puffing, but I'd like to have a serving of those…

Thank you all so much. I don't have anyone really to motivate me. My friends think I'm crazy when I start looking up calories to things, my family has practically disowned me (kidding, but they're not happy), and the only ones that I can really ask questions and talk to is my MFP-ers. :)

I may be young, but battling with weight since birth, just makes me young and pissed off lol. :)

And that's where I don't see a difference and am getting frustrated. I figured I would be able to tell a small difference with almost 10 lbs off..but it's not there. Maybe I'm just frustrated and overthinking this.

I would love to see the weight scale move to the 130's that I want, but if I can look 130 and be 150, I wouldn't care. I've dropped 8 lbs and don't see a bit of difference except slightly toned legs (but that is due to the strength training)

That sounds very doable. I think I shall add that to my workout..now squats will be a little more difficult because we dont have the long bars in the gym..mostly machines and barbells.

What do you mean anything but the machines? Like barbells and free weights?

I bench 135, leg extend 85, leg curl 65, etc...it's not little weights..so I'm assuming I may be gaining muscle..and I do see the toning in my legs..but no weight has come off...or better said, no inches

Thank you guys. I won't give up. I'm too far along to give up now (even though I haven't lost anything)..I've made it my routine..even when I don't feel like it. :( I don't even care about the scale..I just really want to see my clothes fit differently or get into a different size pants..that would be my boost.

Thanks. I will. Requested. I do cardio 45 minutes and then some weights depends on how much time or effort I have. So far, the weight started coming off well..a half a pound a week..and then it just seized..I'm hoping the muscle is what's keeping my weight up and that I will see results soon.

I agree with the mushrooms and do the same thing. My mom makes the best stuffed ones (and they smell so delicious) but the texture, I cannot get past!!!
