Be back at a C-cup? What are you now? And yes it is normal..because more weight we have in the boob area, more back problems we also carry with us. Men don't understand the pain of beauty lol

Thank you so much. And yeah, you're right. They saw boobs and that's it. LOL. As far as losing boobs, you will lose some. It all depends on your body. My weight loss was very proportional so therefore I lost everywhere. Some people lose JUST in the waist, or JUST in the arms, etc.

That was my excuse for the longest time. I was and still am a C. I lost a little, but not enough to make a huge difference. I think if I ever lose them, I will buy some for my CONGRATS gift when I reach my goal..haha

Oh and something else to add. I still eat what I want, but everything in moderation. I have cleaned up some and I have also researched information on all the less fat stuff (but more sodium)..etc. Once you start reading labels, you won't quit!! :drinker:

Oh no, it took me longer than two months..the dates are on the pictures..16 lbs since September. BUT I only worked out 2 months into it and did it 5 days a week..It became almost a 2nd job to me that I quit working out and just ate at a deficit. So if you're working out and don't quit AND eat at a deficit imagine what YOU…

Truth is, I am terrified of heights (I have a phobia), but you can't quit this once you start..so I'm leery, but I think I'm going to look further into it and see how high some of those things might be.
