  • Did videos at time for 6 weeks, then the gym for 6 weeks, back at home now and living it! It sucks to wake up start my car and drive at 6am. It's stinking cold outside! Looking forward to spring, think I'll do another 6 weeks at the gym to be ready for summer!
  • Sounds wonderful!
  • I wouldn't worry about your natural sugar, but the bars and cereal are processed sugar, those aren't the best for you. I would agree not to worry about it unless you have a medical reason to do so. I shut my sugar counter off because it is the least of my health concerns!
  • I am 1200-1300 and eat 50% of my exercise calories, I have lost 2.3 pounds on average for 16 weeks, slowed down over the last 3 weeks (holidays) but right back on track this week. I exercise 6 days a week.
  • I haven't shared any photos before, but I am 2/3rds of the way through my goal. I am 5'11" I started at 236, probably weighed more than that but I didn't ever look! I just weighed in at 197 and would like to get to 175 by the end of April! Good luck everyone! I will have to figure out how to resize this.... Or not! I will…
  • I wonder what would happen if you put food coloring in the water and steamed cauliflower?.?.? Or what if you put a bowl of colored water and put the stalk of the cauliflower in it? I wonder if it would soak the dye up or not?.?.? I think I might try this just to see what happens....Science!
  • Find a cheap sewing kit for an easy measuring tape!
  • Exactly what I needed this morning, my gym membership is up tomorrow and I was going to switch to a different gym....now I am going to do 30ds first. I did it back in the fall and just needed a little reminder to do it again! CONGRATULATIONS and keep up the hard work....it is obviously paying off!
  • I all of a sudden stopped getting in photos (realized at 236 pounds) I always saw myself as ok in the mirror. When I look back and the very limited number of photos of me, I am shocked that I allowed myself to get so big. If I had not stopped getting in photos maybe I would have realized that my self image was way off. I…
  • Crazy! Look at how your arms actually go straight to the ground! Way to go and GREAT JOB!!

  • I thought my marriage was over, not to long ago. I think it had a lot to do with how unhappy I was with myself. I had accomplished a lot in the year but my weight wasn't one of them. I have now lost 2/3 rds of my excess weight and along with a lot of communication we are moving in the right direction. your husbands an…

  • Lmao so true I only remember the dome collapsing, the meth head, and AP. Otherwise the Vikings dont exist. You will all see the packers in the playoffs, tomorrow is a warm up!
  • I need a good challenge please add me!
  • Exactly!
  • You are not reading it correctly. You want your total at the end of the day to be zero, you eat back what you burn and you eat what MFP tells you to eat. If that is wrong then I would probably be dead instead of losing 2 pounds a week! *add- you have to be honest with your set up- I entered that I am Sedentary because I…
  • 50 Days is perfect, my birthday is 3-7 and I want to lose 23 pounds, this will help me kick it up a notch!
  • Plain and simple log everything in (food) and out (exercise) and get to zero for the end of the day! Math is Math- leave it simple you want your total at the end of the day to be zero or as close to zero as possible. So add all your food and subtract all of your exercise and get your end number to be really little. I don't…
  • Boxes and boxes of girl scout cookies! I have 2 girl scouts at my house so this year is going to be a pretty tough one! I will still have some cookies but sitting down and eating an entire box.... memories.... so glad I won't be making more of those ones!
  • You are amazing! Way to keep going and thank you for sharing your progress, Jillian should probably pay you as a spokes person for the video! Keep up the hard work it is definately paying off!
  • I am 5'11 started 236 and really noticed after 20 pounds, everyone noticed shortly after and now I get comments regularly, I have lost 38 pounds in 4 months. I think it makes a difference how you lose the weight too, some people lose in specific areas, and others lose all around, I was lucky with the first 38 to lose…
  • That darn Jillian and her amazing workouts! Good job way to stick with it, and good luck with the next program!
  • I haven't been "breaking" out but I get a pimple here and there and as soon as those go away I get one on the other side. I started to use a gentle face wash in the shower after my work out and after 3 weeks it seems to be getting better. As far as feeling bad when you change your diet, remember garbage in garbage out. I…

  • Why is it that this can't be shared? the people who like it can like and those who don't, don't? It may be religous and it may not, those who find the main theme godly can either like or not like it. There seems to be a constant theme that no one wants someone else to tell them how to feel or think so can't we just let it…
  • Amazing, you could have told me I was looking at two different people. Way to go! Thanks for the inspiration!
