I can run with a pretty high resistance on the eliptical for over 45 minutes, but I can only run up a short hill outside before panting and slowing down. Being able to breath and work harder kept the additional weight loss away. You will find out quickly how much extra time not smoking gives you and new fun things to do with that time! If you smoke at work, make sure that you still take your breaks and sneak an extra 120 calorie burning walk in instead!

Regardless of what scale just stick to one! The scale at the gym and doctor are different than mine, I just always use mine to justify the real weigh in. I like mine with a little sea salt and garlic. I tried brown sugar once and it was ok, but I don't like the sweetness. I also tried a parm cheese and egg, it was a strange coating.... Tons of recipes online though, if you google it you are bound to see an easy fixer upper recipe!

Wow my goal is around 175 and I'm 5'11" my smallest size was 170 and size 10.

1200 isn't too low if you have a LOT to lose, eat your exercise calories back and see how it goes. I lost 38 of my 65 goal and now am increasing since I don't have a LOT to lose anymore.

Wow! Great information thank you for your input! Everyone does it a little different but I think I get the short story. I will give it 4-6 weeks and see where I am. I am a lot happier with my overall health now so losing isn't the primary goal, but I definately want the scale to start moving again!

You can always donate them, there is a donate column instead of a cookie selection. I am a leader and have 2 girl scouts so I appreciate what cookie sales do for the girls. Everything in moderation right? I plan on enjoying my girl scout cookies just not an entire box at a time like I have done every other year!

You can eat anything and be under 700 calories, just don't eat as much of the bad stuff and load up on the good! Skip the butter, white bread, add the protein and veggies!

There are atleast 20 other threads with success photos on it, you should do a search, they are worth looking at! And definately take your own pictures, I didn't last time but did this time and it helps to push really hard knowing that I will "see" better results at the end.

Wait to see how you feel tomorrow....I didn't feel to bad initially but the next day was rough, I pushed through that and did day 2 the very next day and then just got stronger each time, was able to go deaper in the movements, and increase my weights too.
