I work as a houskeeper in a hospital where they cut our hours ALL day long back and forth, moving, mopping, shining, dusting, gathering, empting, the trash and it gets real heavy when i put it in the dumpster. sanitizing.....the works ...it is a calorie burning full day 5 days a week.

with my rice cooker for one cup white rice i add 2 cups of liquid. for brown rice one cup of rice i add 2 1/2 cups of liquid and if it is still crunchish i stir it and add some more water and close it again. this has worked for me with two differant brands of cooker. but as everyone said experiment : )

i also pre -log the night before, then pack my lunch accordingly, make sure my breakfast and dinner stuff is on hand so i do not have to improvise and when i add something the next day or do not eat something i update my food diary. it is easier to remember a few changes then a whole day.
