I usually eat about an hour before working out and then I do a post work out shake and apple right afterwards. I need the energy to push through my work outs =)

This is the same weight I was right after having my second daughter. I did a bunch of cardio.. dropped down to 130lbs but 25% body fat. Until I started lifting, was when I really toned up. Now 126lbs and 11% body fat. Its in how you work out and how you eat.

This is why my numbers are all in red. I don't go by MFP standards and I think 1200 calories is not enough...unless you need to create a huge calorie deficit. Try to eat at least 30% protein. It should come out to be 1g per pound.

someone told you wrong. Skim milk is packed with vitamins A & D. It is great for protein/carbs ZERO fat Whole wheat bread is packed with protein/carbs and fibers to help keep you full. Next time, if I were you..I would tell that person to read the label.

For me, I have to eat a breakfast filled with protein/carbs. I work out at 9:15am so I need that extra energy to push through a work out. I always treat breakfast as #1..it's what gets me started each morning. I have so much energy from it and my kids enjoy their mom being in a good mood instead of lazy grouchy mommy.

A rest day to means "active rest" still staying active but laying off high amount of cardio and or weightlifting. Usually my Saturday is my active rest =)

Doing push ups is a great chest exercise..so yes its SORT of like doing a chest press with weights.. Squats are great for the booty. I don't see why you shouldn't be doing squats. I say go for it. Start slow, and work your way up =)

From my experience..I have learned that you need a good amount of protein/high carbs/healthy amount of fats in order to build muscle. It depends on your body. If you want to lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit. There is nothing wrong with high protein/low carb just make sure your body is getting enough healthy fats to keep your mood steady. Best of luck to ya =)

Fruits contain natural Sugars its not processed like cookie sugar. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I am always over my sugars and it doesn't bother me.

I agree with this. Don't go looking for love. Let love find you. I know it sounds cliche but that's what I did. When I was younger I was constantly dating jerk after jerk. I log my coffee... its not that much, plus I drink it black. I used to log my gallon of water a day, but that was pointless..i just carry my gallon around with me and make sure its gone by the end of the night.

Its funny you said that because I did the same thing.. I did 50 sit ups and 50 crunches to just start my day off... got to the computer and saw the pic..whoops..rest day LOL *great minds think alike*
