Don't worry about sugars from fruit. Those will not hurt you. Its the processed sugars you should keep an eye on..but don't really worry about those. A calorie is a calorie. Focus more on protein/carbs/fats/fiber. As long as you're getting those you will do great!!

You joined this site =) I think thats enough motivation right there.

Ive actually read that if you use 1g/per pound of GOAL weight in protein, that seems to help as well. Just what Ive read... not saying it works or if it doesn't

You can always aim for .08 to 1g/per pound. Your daily intake should be between 20-30% of your daily calories. I would lower that if you think its too high. Just my opinion =)

I think if you stick within moderation, then you should be fine. I don't understand why you would work so hard and then blow it on holiday food??? just seems pointless
-
I personally track before and then as the day goes on.... exercise gets added and then I adjust a good amount by dinner. Usually by dinner I'm not that hungry so that usually ends up being my smallest meal. I think personally its all in how much you want to keep track. I have OCD when it comes to my food... LOL its so…

"STRONG is the new skinny" I love the "pump" that I can get from lifting weights. My husband is also a bodybuilder. I look up to women who are bodybuilders. Its all in the matter of your lifestyle. I also heard its the "fountain of youth" =) I tend to think this is true

If you want to lose body fat, try carb cycling a good starter program is Jamie Easons Live Fit THIS helped transform me a year ago! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-easons-livefit-introduction.html

This doesn't surprise me, I also read that some of the contestants develop eating disorders in order to "lose" big numbers. After learning about this, I stopped watching the show. This was of course a few years ago...now I just don't have time for tv shows.

You don't need a silly DVD to get started. you don't need to pay a lot of money to join a gym.. just use your body to exercise..its not that hard.
