Veal and foie gras. Anemic baby cow that hasn't even been allowed to move around (so it'll stay tender), and forcibly-diseased duck/goose liver. Not yummy.

Chicken and dumplings; or pigs feet. Big double ew! Chicken and dumplings look like white, gooey uncooked flesh to me and feels like paste in my mouth.

My dad made it when I was a kid. I didn't have any because I had already eaten. Later I looked at the leftovers in the fridge with a kind of disgusted fascination. A translucent cloudy gelatin about 3/4 of an inch thick had formed over the top of the stew because it had cooled. My dad said it tasted good but I never ever summoned up the desire to try it.

ETA: Plus I'm not really into food that looks at me while I eat it:)

Eggs with cheese on them is beyond disgusting. The thought, the smell and the sight of them. Yuck! I can say I'm not even sure I could choke them down.

Really runny eggs (the yolk can be runny, the white cannot, and scrambled cannot).

Green peppers (migraine trigger) and lima beans are the two "western" foods I won't eat. When it comes to more unusual foreign foods, I will never eat sea anemone ever again. *shudder*

Fish heads are actually good, just don't eat the eyes. (The cheeks are particularly tasty.)
