Hello, everyone. I've lost 18 pounds since January 1st and I've hit a major plateau. I decided to join myfitnesspal to lose the other 17. I also want to get back into my regular exercise routine. I've always been good about my fitness but I haven't been where I should be since August of 2011. So, here we go.:smile:
