Saturday!! Day 18!!
80 Sit ups (Check) 110 Crunches (Check) 48 Leg Raises....I do flutter kicks (check) and 70 second Plank!! Holy Cow!! (Check!!) In the morning I did 50 sit ups, 50 Crunches then later on I did the rest of 30 sit ups and 60 crunches and kicks with plank... seems to work better for me this way.

Day 13..dun dun dun
WOW!! Its a killer!! I had to split mine up in two! My first set I did 30 sit ups and 50 crunches 40 flutter kicks and of course the 50 sec plank. Just got done doing my ACTUAL work out for the day..Push (chest/shoulder/tri) with my AB routine and I added the last 30 sit ups and 25 crunches. All in all..good day!!

OHHHH its getting harder!!! 50 sit ups...50 crunches... 30 leg raises (or flutter kicks) and a 38 second plank! GOOD LUCK!! took me a little longer today but I got it done!
