My hubby and I are doing an "ASK FRIDAY" video where we answer your questions from our You Tube video.

Please ask fitness/health questions that you would like us to answer and we will do our best to answer them personally!!!

    I dont think advertising your website is allowed here, as in making a post just to get people to your website. If you want to answer some questions first, you can probably list your website at the end.

    uhhh.... I'm not advertising for someone to buy something... just saying that if you want questions answered, we do an Ask Fitness Friday segment where we answer questions on video..

    yes it links to our website, but I'm not saying.. "hey come buy this"..

    I hope I'm not breaking any rules...if I am..I'm sorry.
