^^ This I always stay above 1500 and TRY to stay below 2500... once in a while is ok but going too high will cause problems as well as going too low. I also read that when you go below 1500 you are more prone to "growing pains" those horrible muscle cramps that hurt like hell

Use Ketchup on your hair to prevent it from going green... and then use whatever is left over on food. Now its fitness related =)

Can I ask why you are lowering your carbs? Carbs don't make you fat a caloric surplus makes you fat... if you want to lose weight you need to create a caloric deficiency

I prefer not to delete anyone since if they are in need of help and or advice, I am always willing to help out. However, if they choose to delete me, then so be it. I try very hard to keep in touch with a lot of people.. It can also be overwhelming sometimes too..but it is what it is.

I actually used Slim Fast for an afternoon snack while I was pregnant..it worked like a charm. I remember Jessa flipping around like crazy when I drank this. I needed some extra nutrition and this is why I used it =) It works!! And the price is fabulous!!

I make my own cardio programs so no need for any sort of cardio equipment.. I do have a weight bench, and a crap load of weights...yep thats about it.

You can't lose weight quick.. if you do, you will most likely put it back on. Weight loss is a slow progress..best to take it slow and keep it off. eating healthy and exercising go together like peanut butter and jelly.. (you can't have one without the other) so my advice...stop telling yourself you are fat and do…

I step on mine every morning before I do anything... I also keep track of my numbers but numbers on the scale will jump around like crazy so I don't rely on them. I also take progress pictures..you can see better results with that.

you can't spot reduce. Fat is Fat. Your body doesn't just drop fat in certain spots. In order to lose body fat, you have to change your diet.

I have to agree on this. I spend more money on my kids food than I do my own with my husband combined. We eat totally healthy/clean. In fact, I eat GF so my food is always a lil more expensive and yet our kids rack up our grocery bill. Its not EASY eating "clean" but it isn't all that expensive =) Thanks for posting this…

At my husbands gym its 10 Sessions for $200. He is a Cert Personal Trainer =) Sounds like you have a great deal going on. Just depends on what your goals are. Going with a Cert. PT is probably your best bet since he/she will show you the correct way on working out.

don't be afraid of sodium. Try to get at least 1500-2500 daily. Eating too little might cause muscle cramps...eating too much will cause bloating. Good Luck!

I usually leave mine out till they start getting soft..then throw them in the fridge. But we go through bananas like crazy in our house so they never last long.
