I'm behind too, but just don't have the time (nor do I think it's particularly healthy) to do it every day. However, I am going to go force out L2 D7 even though I'm highly unmotivated. Just keep going!

SW: 133 CW: 129.8 Of course, that's a complete fluke and today I was up to 132.8, so who knows what my actual weight is. I think I need to start weighing daily in order to keep up with trends instead of fluctuations.

I didn't have the best day, but it wasn't the worst. I did drink some wine and ate a little chocolate, but also ate a ton of vegetables, and did some walking up hills. I've been feeling slightly sickly so didn't want to push the exercise too much. How do you guys all stay motivated?
