  • I only weigh in once a week. I have chosen to weigh in on Friday mornings before I eat or drink anything. I document it each week when I weigh in.

  • I just started using this site the last day or two of August, 2012. I, too, have a long way to go. I think I'm shooting for 175 pounds. It puts me in the range of healthy on the BMI.
