Lol! I did my first day of level 2 yesterday. I was getting over level 1 and using my punches to try and get them in the head. I enjoyed yesterday and hope I get better at it. I use 30ds as exercise between pt, gym and zumba. I am unsure where my results are from but something is working.

Sorry but I had visions of that baby hitting its head on the bar each time her mum did a pull up.

When I started (before mfp) I was 79kg and 42% body fat. Now I am 65kg and still 33.9% body fat. To have lost the weight and still see such high body fat devistated me. Especially because I am only losing 2% body fat a month. But to keep me motivated I think if my weight has dropped this much and I can see results, imagine…

You can keep bumping but the answer is already on the page. You can't spot reduce. Some parts are more difficult to budge than others.

Hi or should I say gday? There are lots of Aussies here like myself. There is a group too called aussie, aussie, aussie. My best friend was diagnosed with fibro a few years ago. She is in sydney and has joined a great support group. I am sure you will make it on this journey as you obviously have a lot of strength. Feel…

I am not getting married but I will be a bridesmaid in November next year. It seems like a long time to keep it up but wedding photos are great motivation

I am your height and weight and eat between 1500 and 1700 calories a day. I had a steady weight loss.

As long as they are solid and easy to pass movements it is normal to go anywhere between three times a day and once every three days

You had me at FOTC

Had these for breakfast this morn. I used coconut powder instead of the shredded coconut. Mine made 3 pancakes and I was not sharing. This is the best flourless/ protein pancake reciepe I had tried on here by far.

I mighten have the balls to say it but the OPs speech is so aussie. It's typical take a spoonful of concrete, harden the f*** up motivation. My bf went to hospital last week and I told him he was a soft c***. Don't take it personal. Some people get motivated in different ways. Some people dont do the fluffy puppy and…

Ran into my ex MIL the other day. She said 'wow you have lost a lot of weight, you really needed to'. Gee thanks.

Living just outside of sydney in NSW. Love our aussie mfp people! How good is it to see weight in kilos and vegemite in a diary

I spoke to my doctor while I was there for something else. I find my doctor knows more about diet than the knuckle head trainer I have. He told me I would always be fat because vegetarians just eat pasta and rice to keep full??? My doctor tests my blood every six months to make sure I have the levels of b12, iron, vitamhn…

I am 5'4 and was about 154lb with 42% body fat when I started ( I think, I am not good at converting from the metric system). Gosh I cried when I found out, not at the weight but the body fat. A month into mpf I was down to 36% body fat and I have two more weeks til I weigh in again so I suspect I will drop more (losing 2%…

No. Tea has caffine and will not only dehydrate you but reduce levels of things such as iron. You should have at least one glass of wjter for each cup of tea

If Arnie and DeVito can be twins, I have no doubt we probably are too

It's a good number. I workout a couple times less than you and I am 5'4 and I am on 1530. I eat some of my exercise calories back and in 60 days I have lost 6kg (13lb). You don't have to starve to lose weight

Hey there, As all the vegetarians (like myself) will say on here, being vegetarian doesn't mean healthy. You still need a balanced diet. I strongly recommend googling vegetarian food pyramids. That will ensure you get what you need without feeling sick. Secondly you will need a ton of protein eg eggs, dairy, lentils,…
