Happy to do one with you. My partner and I did tough mudder earlier this year. I train. He doesn't. He vomitted the whole way. Tough mudder is easier than spartan. Terrain Training will being doing more obstacle training in Sydney and that is the best training. Eight week athlete is also a great training program.

I know I would feel hurt, sad and angry. I am appauled just by the fact he told you how to look and what to wear. His comment was disgusting. The fact he is now cocky about how hurt you are is really, really well bs. Your weight loss journey shows how strong you are. Maybe you need to show him how independent you are.

I have the card suits down the inside of my finger and the international symbol for feminism on my ribs ( I got that once I felt comfortable enough to be seen without a top by a stranger). When I moved out of home at 19 I was 65kg. I also used the parents money for food and worked out 3 hours a day. My digital scale is just from kmart but hasnt let me down in the 5 months I have had it. I think it cost me $12. My heart rate monitor is a suunai m2 ( I think thats how it is spelt). Easy to use and I love it.

I have the chocolate breeze almond milk with a banana and protein powder. Very yum! I like the single serves of popcorn as a snack. Also sunrice thins. I have only done stage one workout a. Next day is thursday as today I have a pt session. I did 10kg dumbells for the step ups. Thats on each arm (think thats about 26lb), only 12.5kg to squat (will need to go up) and cable rows were like 49kg. Dont know if that helps.

Havent done warrior dash yet but have done spartan and tough mudder. I am not overly fit and I do them with my partner who is not fit and all. We find them harder than other people may but definately worth it

I had a photo of my guts done during surgery a year before I started here. It scared me to see bits of fat on my organs. I would love to have another one done to compare.

Wish you told me this before I did Spartan to warm up for tough mudder. On the other hand my partner who vomitted his way through Spartan may breath a sigh of relief.

My tip is tight lycra like clothing. Loose cotton stays wet longer and gets heavy fast.

I use unsweetened almond milk. It is low calories and great in shakes.

On the weekend I had half a loaf of garlic bread, three quarters of a mini strawberry and white chocolate pizza and my whole vegetarian pizza. My bf just watched in shock. Admittedly we just finished spartan but I should make better food choices and not fall into old habits.

I did Spartan yesterday and all I can say is I need to get my butt into gear to survive tough mudder.

Vegetarianism is good for health but all the people you mentioned are dead. Also I don't think being a vegetarian will make me a historical figure and I really doubt the two are related.
