I got my first tattoo yesterday. It sits right underneath my bra strap. Am I okay to go for a run today as long as I shower after? Should I just wear a compression top and forget about a bra? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Help with body fat please
The scales at my gym and my callipers (is that what they are called??) say I am 32% body fat. My scales at home and all the online calculators using measurements say I am 25% body fat. That is a big difference and one that either places me at over weight or average. So what should I rely on?
