The scales at my gym and my callipers (is that what they are called??) say I am 32% body fat. My scales at home and all the online calculators using measurements say I am 25% body fat. That is a big difference and one that either places me at over weight or average. So what should I rely on?

Neither - both are prone to inaccuracies and/or user error. Get a bodpod scan or dexa scan to get a better idea.

As said neither methods are going to be particualrly accurate. However, if you stick to using the same method each time you will be able to see if you are trending in the right direction.0
