This is going to be a ditzey question but I will ask it anyway. My body appears to be fatter on one side than the other. I have one love handle almost gone and one with plenty of grip. Is that normal? Is there a way to even out?

  • Lol I think it's fairly normal. I always have one leg slightly bigger than the other. It will hopefully even out a bit, as you lose more/tighten up.
  • Are you sure you aren't just tilting your head a bit?

Jokes aside, it probably isn't abnormal. Though some people have structural imbalances in the hips which that cause a tilt... this could create the appearance of being larger on one side.

Also if there are any repetitive tasks that you do in you daily life which may have built more muscle on one side of your body, causing it to look larger.

Yep, my right side is slightly bigger than my left side - this has always been the case, even when I was very skinny. It just seems to have grown more - my right foot is slightly bigger than my left one, my right breast is slightly bigger than my left one, etc. Apparently everyone is slightly asymmetrical. Although, to change the pattern, my left arm is slightly thicker than my right arm - but that is probably because I'm left-handed, so I use that arm most. It might be related to which is your strongest side.

My right thigh is nearly an inch bigger than my left, bizarrely. And they seem to be shrinking at a similar rate yet I thought they wud even out. Maybe some time they will...
