I do this too with all my snacks and meals. My fridge and cupboard are tupperware crazy. I find it stops me under estimating a serve. Especially with things like dip. One serve looks so tiny!

I get my drinks and use the loo on the second floor. Other than that I just keep work outs until before or after work. I do at times eat at my desk but if I eat out I walk to the shops. Also when i file and serve court documents I carry and walk them down. It is an extra kilometer

I do a lentil cottage pie. I eat my beans in casseroles, chilli and tacos. I also eat mexican beans in wraps. I eat four bean mix just with a balsalmic dressing, beans in toasted sandwiches.

I have no advice sorry but I am staying tuned! I am currently your weight and where you want to be too! I am still losing weight but I have only done this for a month. I eat 1500ish calories a day. I exercise about for times a week. Usually two strength based and two cardio based.

My co workers appear to be eating worse or maybe I am more observant now but exercise wise they are doing well. We now have an indoor soccer team, we have a zumba night once a month, a few close co workers join me in a boot camp session and we are about to do our second charity fun run in a month.

Checking in: SW: 72.2kg 24/9: 70.8Kg 1/10: 70.2kg GW: 65kg This week was a small loss but I was fortunate to lose that much. I ate terribly this week and only exercised twice. Off to a better start this week.

I could have written this. I lost 14cm from my chest (not where I was hoping), 4cm from my waist and 1 from my thighs and hips. I really hope I even out soon. Never have I been a different dress size on the top and bottom but now it looks like it will happen
